Bewa Sahara Card 2025 | Bewa Sahara Program Punjab

The Government of Punjab introduced an important initiative, the Bewa Sahara Card, 2025 to provide financial assistance for widowed woman. This scheme will provide eligible widowed women with PKR10,000 per month in order to meet their financial needs. This initiative is part of economic empowerment and social welfare . It ensures that women in need receive the support they require to live a dignified, independent life.

The following criteria must be met by applicants to qualify for the Bewa Sahara Card 2020:

Age Requirement – The applicant has to be at least 45 years old.

This program was designed specifically to assist widows who are financially challenged and elderly. It ensures that they receive a stable monthly financial assistance.

The application process for the Bewa Sahara Card is simple. Women who are eligible can apply using the following methods.

1. Visit the nearest Zakat Office or District Social Welfare Office

• Step 1 : Visit the Zakat Office in your area or the District Social Welfare Office.
• Step 2: Collect the Bewa Sahara Card application form.
• Step 3 Fill in all the necessary details including:
  • Full Name
  • CNIC Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Address
  • If required, a death certificate for the husband.

2. Online Application Method

Applicants can also apply online by downloading the form from the Punjab Government’s official website: www.pesrp.punjab.gov.pk

• Step 1. Download the Application Form.
• Step 2 Fill in all the necessary information.
• Step 3 : Submit your completed form to the Zakat Office, or District Social Welfare Department.

After the application has been verified, all eligible applicants will be issued with a Bewa Sahara Card. They can then withdraw up to PKR 10,000 per month.

Financial Assistance: PKR10,000 per month to eligible women.
